We will be happy to discuss your requirements and answer any questions you may have.

If you require your logo or text to be printed on your chosen product we will ask you to send us the logo or text you wish to use. An attachment by email is the easiest way.

If we have any questions about your order we will contact you again.

When we have all the information we require to begin production of your order we will send you a proof for your confirmation. We will not begin production until you have authorised us to begin by confirming the proof is correct.

If you wish to make any changes to your order this is the time to discuss this with us.

Once you have confirmed the proof no further changes can be made without incurring additional expense.
